Well this is one of my favorite photo manipulations of myself to date.  I really like how the contrast and the eyes turned out and as you can see at the time of writing this post its the image I chode for the background to my site.

To make it I started with a photo I took of myself using a timer. Next I added some high pass filters to bring out all the contrasts. Then made the window with the light beaming threw it and added some shadows and highlights.
